The shoot of KGF: Chapter 2 will commence mid-year in the Summer and the makers are planning to release the movie by the year-end or early next year in 2020.
The cast and crew of the film will more or less remain the same. And interestingly, 15 per cent of KGF: Chapter 2 has already been shot along with the shoot of KGF: Chapter 1. Now the expections for the second part has increased from the audience.
Director Prashanth Neel is currently spending quality time with his family members wife and children. He will resume back to work in two months. Also the movie team has promised to give double the entertainment in the second chapter. However, fans are eagerly waiting for the news of shooting of KGF: Chapter 2 to begin soon.
There are rumours of the Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt being part of KGF : Chapter 2, but it is not officially confirmed from the team. Also recently in a event, Sanjay Dutt was asked from a media person about him acting in KGF. But he said so far i have not been approached by the movie team. It all depends on producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akthar to take things forward.
Rocking Star Yash-starrer KGF: Chapter 1 has become the first Kannada film to reach 100 crore club world wide. Written and directed by Prashanth Neel, the film also stars Srinidhi Shetty in the lead role. The movie was made under Hombale Films banner and produced by Vijay Kiragandur.
