The Pan-Indian actor-director Rishab Shetty recently visited Seattle, Washington, USA along with his wife Pragati Shetty. Rishab Shetty was honored with the “Vishwa Shrestha Kannadiga 2023” award at the prestigious Paramount Theater there.
This award was honored by the Sahyadri Kannada Sangha there and the Kannadigas of Washington State Manu Gaurav and team members Rishab Shetty. Senator Dr Derek Trusford was also present on the occasion.
Remembering the contribution of Kannadigas to America and Washington, Trusford openly praised Rishab Shetty’s “Kantara” movie as a universal movie. On this occasion Rishab Shetty addressed the entire Kannadigas of America.
The Paramount Theater in Seattle, Washington has a history of 95 years. A lot of dignitaries, including former US President Barack Obama, have given speeches at this place.
Many renowned artistes have performed here. Receiving an award “Vishwa Shrestha Kannadiga 2023” at Paramount Theater with such history Rishab Shetty feels happy to get it. This gold plated trophy weighs around five kg. More than 1800 Kannadigas participated in this program.
The action-adventure is produced under the banner of Hombale Films by Vijay Kiragandur and written-directed by Rishab Shetty, who also stars along with Sapthami Gowda, Kishore Kumar G, and Achyuth Kumar in pivotal roles.
