The much-anticipated film 666 Operation Dream Theatre continues to generate buzz among Kannada cinema enthusiasts, especially fans of Dr. Shivarajkumar and Dhananjaya. After invoking the blessings of Baanada Mahakali in June to begin filming, the makers have now unveiled the first look of Dhananjaya, offering fans a thrilling glimpse into the stylized world of the film.

In a dramatic transformation, Dhananjaya sports a retro, never-before-seen avatar, exuding both mystery and intensity. The first poster shows the actor in a close-up portrait framed in bold vintage colors, with a calm yet stormy expression, setting the tone for his role as a secretive operative. The second image features Dhananjaya wielding a Tommy gun, radiating raw rage and charisma, evoking the golden era of cinematic rebellion.

The visuals pay homage to iconic Kannada cinema — notably the legendary Dr. Rajkumar’s “999” film series. Fans were quick to spot an easter egg in the poster that hints at a mysterious character and adds to the intrigue surrounding the film.

Speaking about his role, Dhananjaya shared, “As an actor, when you work with a director who has a grand vision and an emotional investment in the film, it becomes a playground of creativity. Hemanth M Rao, producer Dr. Vaishak J Gowda, and the team of 666 Operation Dream Theatre are all passionate artists. What impressed me most was how thoroughly they had researched all my previous looks during the testing phase. Their hunger to portray me in a new light was truly inspiring.”

He further added, “This is a film that grabs your attention right from the start. I can confidently say that 666 Operation Dream Theatre unfolds in a unique universe, and we’ve packed it with unexpected surprises.”

The film is being produced under the Vaishak J Films banner by Dr. Vaishak J Gowda, with Hemanth M Rao helming the director’s chair. The creative team includes Charan Raj (music), Advaita Gurumurthy (cinematography), and Vishwas Kashyap handling production design.

The film is expected to begin principal photography in July, with Dhananjaya and Dr. Shivarajkumar playing pivotal roles. There is considerable excitement about Shivarajkumar’s first look, which is likely to be unveiled on his birthday. Made on a grand scale, 666 Operation Dream Theatre will release simultaneously in Kannada and Telugu, promising a cinematic experience like no other.
