Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 70th birthday transformed into a cinematic celebration as he unveiled his next big venture — MEGA158. The announcement, made through a visually striking video, instantly set social media abuzz and reaffirmed the Megastar’s unstoppable run.
What makes the project even more significant is the collaboration with KVN Productions, a banner that has quickly earned a reputation for mounting ambitious, high-octane ventures.
After backing big-ticket projects like Toxic (Kannada) starring Yash and Vijay’s Jana Nayagan (Tamil), KVN, now steps into Telugu cinema in style, joining hands with Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi for one of the most anticipated films on the horizon.
The film brings the Megastar back with director Bobby Kolli, who earlier helmed the blockbuster Waltair Veerayya. Their reunion has raised expectations of recreating that winning formula — an entertainer packed with energy, emotion, and larger-than-life appeal. With KVN’s vision and Chiranjeevi’s charisma, MEGA158 is already being spoken of as a pan-Indian spectacle in the making.
Industry reports suggest the film’s formal launch will take place during Dussehra, with the shoot expected to roll by the year’s end.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi continues to keep his calendar packed. He is in the final stages of Vishwambhara, a grand fantasy-action extravaganza slated for Summer 2026. He has also teamed up with Anil Ravipudi for a project, tentatively lined up for Sankranthi 2026.
At 70, the Megastar shows no signs of slowing down. With KVN Productions joining hands for MEGA158, the actor and the banner are set to craft cinema on the grandest canvas yet.
