Actor Upendra’s much-awaited pan-India film Next Level has found its leading lady. Stepping into the role is none other than Aradhana, daughter of popular Kannada actress Malashree, who made her debut in the film Kaatera opposite Darshan.
Produced under the banner of Tarun Studios by Tarun Shivappa, Next Level promises to be a unique cinematic experience. The film is directed by Aravind Kaushik and stars Real Star Upendra in the lead role. Aradhana, who impressed audiences in her debut performance, is now set to share screen space with another Kannada superstar in her second outing.
The grand muhurtha (formal launch) of the film will be held in Bengaluru, with shooting scheduled to take place in multiple cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. A significant portion of the film will rely heavily on VFX, and for this, the production team has collaborated with top graphics studios in India and abroad, including in Canada, aiming to deliver a high-quality pan-India experience within a tight schedule.
The film is said to carry the essence and narrative style of Upendra’s cult classics such as A, Upendra, and Raktha Kanneeru, adding to the anticipation among fans.
Producer Tarun Shivappa, known for his earlier projects like Rose, Mass Leader (with Shivarajkumar), Victory 2, Khaki, and Choo Mantar, is gearing up for one of his biggest productions yet. The cinematography for Next Level will be handled by Anoop Katukaran, who also worked on Choo Mantar.
With a strong team and a promising cast, Next Level is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious Kannada films in recent times.
